Sermon and Prophecy from Come Ye To The Waters, May 16, 2004


"Father God, we thank you Lord for Thy privilege this day.  Father,
I realize and I want these people to know that I am nothing.  I don't
project nothing.  But I project that YOU are EVERYTHING!  I *BELIEVE*
that we are *MORE* than conquerors through the love that YOU shed to us,
give to us, and favor us with, Father.  And Father, in the Name of Jesus
we just pray that YOU would bind all hindering forces that would come
against us.  Lord, God we know how the enemy comes against the mind.
And Father, we are coming against *ALL* those activities that comes into
our minds, that would take us away from this place; and Father God that
would destroy our salvation with YOU this day.  There are so many things
that we can think about that just saturates us with *WRONG* thoughts.
And Father, we pray for those *WRONG* thoughts, those *WRONG* intentions
will be REMOVED from the hearts of YOUR people.  And Father, not for us,
[but] we claim this in the entirety for many, many people.  Father, we
pray by the miraculous power of the Holy Spirit from Heaven, Lord God,
that YOU might minister to YOUR people this day.  Lord God, that THAT one
that is standing on the street corner that is figuring out for *SUICIDE*
right now, I pray for God, that YOU might *SPEAK* to that one somehow,
Lord God.  That they might realize that taking their life is *NOT*
the answer, Lord God.  Because YOU have a *PLAN* for them!  YOU have
got a *WILL* for them!  YOU have a way to *CLEANSE* them, to *TOUCH*
them, to *REMOVE* those ugly thoughts that causes them to do what they
are doing.  And Father, we just pray that YOU would minister this love,
YOUR strength.  Father God, we pray that holy ground would BE.  We feel
the closeness of your holy ground that we feel right now.  And Father
we proclaim it as to those before us, Lord God.  We are praying for
them, Lord God, that somehow, Lord God, that YOU would send an angel,
that YOU would send a believer, Father God, that you would send someone
to that lost one, right now, that needs that special touch.  And Father
we pray that YOU would *DELIVER* them this day!  *DELIVER* us this day!
Deliver us to the place, Lord God, that we might have sweet communion
with THEE, Lord God.  That we would *KNOW* the will of the Father,
that we would be on that channel where YOU are."

[For a moment Brother Freedom's prayer is suspended as a revelation
pours forth.]

OH! Glory to God!

God has a channel!  And HE wants us to listen in to it!  It says,  "MY
sheep know MY voice.  They come at MY call.  And a stranger they do not
know." [This is the Brother Freedom translation of John 10:3-5]

[Now the prayer to Heaven resumes.]

"Help us no longer to take our counsel from the ungodly, nor standeth
in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
[See Psalm 1:1]  But our delight will be in the law of the LORD.
[See Psalm 1:2a] Father we claim that victory this day.  Lord God, we
pray that YOU will bring us up a notch higher, a step higher, Lord God.
That our thoughts [will be touched], that perfect love casteth out all
fear today, Father God.  Oh, and where there is fear there is torment,
Father God. [See 1st John 4:18]  We pray that you would touch us this day,
afresh and anew, by the Spirit of God."

Hallelujah!

I really believe that we are living in a time when the Lord's coming is
very, very soon!  We don't know the hour.  But the Bible says, Jesus
plainly said you know the season.  [Matthew 24:32-33 indicates that
Jesus believed we could know the season or time frame of the end times.]
HE says, "But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the
Son of man be."  [See Matthew 24:37]  In the Twenty-Fourth Chapter of
Matthew and in the Book of Luke, different places, it tells this.

But there is certain, basic things that are going to take place.
It says, "Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after
those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven
shall be shaken."  [Luke 21:26]  We have seen "men's hearts failing them
for fear."  It says there will be a change in the weather.  We've seen
that. [See 2 Chronicles 6:26-27 The weather in Israel has changed in
the last 50 years since the Jews have returned and are turning to God.
And the weather in other places has been changing do to sin].

But also there is going to be a prediction that is going to take place:
there is going to be a *GREAT* "falling away."  [2nd Thessalonians 2:3]
The Bible says, "And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no
flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen,
he hath shortened the days."  [Mark 13:20]  To me that means, when the
Bible talks about "be not deceived,"  [Galatians 6:7]  that the church
will be deceived.  Deception is one of the tools the enemy uses, and
comes in with, that we might be removed from the truth.  "And ye shall
know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."  [John 8:32]  There
is something about God's Word that is basically *TRUTH*!  It is *NO* lie!
"God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he
should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken,
and shall he not make it good?"  [Numbers 23:19]  God is **TRUTHFUL**!!

In Ephesians it says we are not to talk with deception.  We are to talk
with truth!  [See Ephesians 5:6]  Our words are verbal and it is very
needful that our words are all truth, because we deal with people every
day of our lives!

Normally we are in a place of activity with people round about us.  And we
are hearing things that don't sound so good.  But what we hear *SHOULD*
*NOT* *CAUSE* *US* *TO* *STUMBLE*.  We should be able to withstand
whatever we hear.  And God wants us to grow up to that place that we
can withstand what we hear.

But I really feel that the Book of Genesis has a big truth.  I believe
that if we get into this today that God is going to move in a way that
is going to help us.

There was a family in the Book of Genesis.  Jacob was the Father of that
family.  He takes his sons and their families and moves to Goshen where
Joseph has invited them to live to get out of the famine.  Jacob's two
wives and concubines have given him 12 sons.  Joseph and Benjamin are
the only sons from his favorite wife Rachel.  Jacob loved Joseph so much
that when Joseph was younger Jacob had made him a coat of many colors.
And when that coat had been given to Joseph, Joseph was a lot like *US*!

And you can see what was taking place when you start reading this story
in the Bible with the help of the Holy Spirit.  The coat sent a message
to the other brothers that this boy is out to take our inheritance.
He is against us because of how he talks to us.  He says that we are
going to bow our knees to him some day.

And sometimes we who are in God's work and God's will say things that we
really shouldn't say!  Those things are only between us and the Lord,
at that time.  In a later time, maybe God will work it in and it will
be allowed to be said.

That is why we need to start knowing the control of the Spirit of God.
We only speak when the Spirit tells us to speak.  The Bible says,
"Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to
speak, slow to wrath:" [James 1:19]  Many times we don't need to speak.
We need to stay in completion with the Spirit of God, that by not saying
anything we come out *WAY* ahead of someone that is talking a lot.

And I'll tell you that if you want to turn some people off just talk
a lot and they won't like you.  I've been in the working man's world
for a long time.  There are things that we do that sometimes turns a
lot of people off.  What I'm saying is that there are people who are
real narrow minded out here, that we have to deal with.  And God wants
to deal with these men, these women because they need Jesus Christ as
their personal Saviour.

We are the answer to getting this Word out to a lost and dying World!
And the number one step is *LIVING* *IT*!!  It is to be there
demonstrating it, the power of God, that you don't fall apart when
someone says something wrong about you.  When they say something good
about you, you don't go the other way either!  You are *STABLE*, and you
are listening for direction from God, from Heaven.  You are NOT getting
your visitation of what you want to say out of your own unction!  But you
are receiving from Heaven.  You are waiting upon the Lord, that "...they
that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up
with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall
walk, and *NOT* *FAINT*." [Isaiah 40:31]   "For which cause we faint
not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed
day by day.  For our light affliction, which is but for a *MOMENT*,
worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;..."
[2nd Corinthians 4:16-17]

**What we don't say, sometimes, does a lot more than what we do say.
And sometimes that is why we need that hidden prayer, that no one sees.
And it does *GREAT* and *MIGHTY* things!  I've seen demonstrations of
that power.  I've seen people that I didn't pray out loud for at all.
And there was no one else there.  And I prayed, and they got healed!!
They left the hospital the next day!   They were supposed to be in there
about six weeks.  But they got out.  I've seen God do things like this
over and over and over!

When you are in a safe place with God, God sets in all the little answers
that you can't do!  And that is what you want!!  That is what God told me!
I am nothing!  I can't even *TALK* until the Spirit starts getting on me!

But, until you get under the direction of the Spirit, God says,
"My son, just sit down."  That is what I do.  I just sit.  I can't do
anything until the Spirit starts coming on me.  From that chair I was
sitting on a few minutes ago to here, in front of you, is very hard.
But after I get up here and the Spirit comes upon me I don't even feel
any pain that I may have had a few minutes before!  I had pain in my
legs when I came up.  But now that pain is leaving!  It is the hand
of God.  And that is what God wants to do day by day, hour by hour,
moment by moment.  That is what the Spirit of the Lord is for.  HE is
"...for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That
the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."
[2nd Timothy 3:16b-17   **The Holy Spirit and the Word of God are so close
to each other that the Holy Spirit lifted this Scripture about the Word
up to us, showing us that this Scripture applies to the Holy Ghost also!]
That is what the Word of God in Timothy says.  And we need to realize
that HIS Word shall come to pass, if we shall take heed to HIM!

We must have great faith in our Lord!!  We have to have *GREAT* *FAITH*
that what we are reading in God's Word is from God.  We have to have
GREAT FAITH in our brothers and our sisters that God will complete with
them the task that is for them.  We don't have to cut them off at the
pass and say, "They can't do it!  I'm coming to take over!"  **NO**!!
God has us for a special process for each one of us!  We are all included
in the eyes of God.

So Joseph went down and he said, "Okay you boys, you are going to be
bowing to me some day."  And those brothers, I read it, hated him!
That is a hard thing for all of us to take.  When someone hates you,
you are in trouble!

Preachers, pastors, laymen, whoever you are, if someone hates you,
it takes a long time to ever heal that wound!  And it makes a chasm
between you.  There comes a GREAT separation!  A wounded soul is very
hard to lift, harder than a CITY!  That is what it says!  [See Proverbs
18:19]  And we need to be careful with our words.  We need to be careful
how we speak.  We need to be as wise as a serpent; harmless as a dove.
[See Matthew 10:16]  That is what the Word says.  This is all the Word
of God.  And God wants HIS Word to be appropriated to us that we come out
as an oracle.  In Peter it talks about "oracles of God."  [See 1st Peter
4:11]  That means minister to the ability of the Holy Spirit *WITHIN* you!

And God "...is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count
slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should
perish, but that all should come to repentance." [2 Peter 3:9]  That
is God's basic will!  That is HIS desire!  But HE wants us to *REFRAIN*
*FROM* *CHILDISH* *WAYS*!!  We want to have our own way, saying things
that we want to say, that don't really need to be said!

But as a young man Jacob sent Joseph down to bring a report back
concerning his brothers.  And the brothers want to get rid of him.
Finally they talk among themselves.  And they say, "Let's just sell him!"
And so they do.  We've looked at the brother's side of this.  Now we
are going to look at Joseph's side of this.

Joseph is our example.  The Brother's are an example of the unsaved.
Are you with me so far?  The unsaved have a side.  And we have a side.
And God sees both sides!  God puts HIS anointing on us.  And, hopefully,
we will not stray too far from God so that we can be used by God where
HE plants us, where HE moves us.

The most wonderful time of my life was when I didn't know anything.
And I go out and the Lord says, "I want you to minister to that guy with
the Caterpillar 977 who weighs about 370 pounds."  That man cussed me out
and swore at me, and said all defying things.  The Lord said, "If you will
show him your love, within a week you'll see him saved."  And I thought,
"Oh, this is an impossibility!"  And every day that I seen him he got
worse, and worse and worse!  And I got heavier and heavier and heavier.
I had to spend more time praying, almost, than I did working, just to
keep things straight with him!  It was such an impossibility.  He was
such a mean person!  But Friday night he fell apart!  That big 370 pound
man just fell apart and he said, "What do you got!!"  I said, "JESUS."
I said, "God loves you!"  He said, "I know and I want it right now!!!"
I prayed for him right there!

I feel the Spirit of God!  But that is the kind of things that make up the
work of *GOD*!!  I'm not in it to receive any glory!  God is **REAL**!
But I just want to say that you can take nothing and with God get a
*BLESSING* out of it!

Joseph, when he went down to Egypt was with nothing!  No one knew him!!
He was just the son of some herdsman!  He was NOT really anything!
He finds himself down there at Potipher's, who bought him.  And this
Potipher was pretty high up in the Egyptian ranks.  So he goes to
Potipher's house and he lives there.  And pretty soon he gets in trouble
with a lady.  He didn't sin at all!!  There was lies!

And that is why we as God's people, men especially, have got to *NOT*
go some places by ourselves!  Stay above board.  Billy Graham said that,
"Don't get out in any territory that is going to cause a blemish on
your life!"  It is just wholesome!  We are just talking basics!  But you
don't do it!  You can differ if you want.  But I am saying what I believe
by the Spirit of God!

So we find that Joseph goes down to prison.  We know that the butler and
the baker both had dreams in prison.  And Joseph interpreted their dreams.
But there was a problem that was going to happen in the Land.  And there
was going to be a famine.

[Suddenly something prophetic, for right now, comes out by the Spirit
of God!]

And there is also going to be a famine *THIS* day in *AMERICA*!!!  And the
famine is already here!  It is a famine of knowing Jesus!  It is famine
on knowing reality, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" [Romans
8:31b]  There is a famine of reality, that God is *YOUR* Father!
And I say it because God told me to say this!!!  There is a famine.
And we are here for a reason, for God to use us, for HIS *GLORY*!

Lighten up a little!  God loves you!  [The congregation was getting
worried.  We don't need to worry.  With God all is well.  We just need
to be informed!]

You know, hard work don't hurt anybody!  But God told me some things that
really was *VERY*, *VERY*,...I'm not going to say them unless HE tells
me to.  But I realize that God is a real gentleman!  HE is real special!

So God sees that there was a famine then, and there is a famine now!

And this famine is "...that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud,
blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural
affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent [out of control],
fierce [brutal], despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady,
highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form
of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."
[2nd Timothy 3:1-5]

I believe *THAT* is the greatest issue that is coming against God,
["having a form of godliness, but denying the *POWER* thereof...!"
The Holy Spirit is the *POWER* force that is being denied!]  The Spirit
of God is the helping force, the driving force that God gave to us,
that we might be "...more than conquerors through..." Jesus Christ
"...that loved us." [Romans 8:37]

If you read the Eighth Chapter of Romans it talks about the Spirit.
It says, "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know
not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh
intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  And he that
searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because
he maketh intercession for the saints *ACCORDING* *TO* *THE* *WILL*
*OF* *GOD*."  [Romans 8:26-27]

So, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor
principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor
height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us
from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." [Romans 8:38-39]

This should be *IN* *YOUR* *HEART*!!  "...I am persuaded, that neither
death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities,...."  God spoke to
me this morning and said, "I want you to tell things over and over and
over."  You may not like it, but that is what God told me!  He said it
was because we don't ***GET*** the message!!

"...I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life,..." all these
things, **NOTHING** can separate me from the love of God!  That
fact we need to have instilled in us that ***NOTHING***.....that
***NOTHING***.....***NOTHING*** is going to separate us.  We must have
that so instilled that we are not going to break covenant with God!

And Joseph must have had that covenant with God, because I don't hear the
Bible say ANY ugly things about Joseph!  There is only one negative spot
and it comes at the end of Joseph's story.  And that is just that Joseph
saw it different than Jacob on the blessing of Ephraim and Manesseh.
God caused Jacob to cross his hands!  And the blessing went to the
younger son, rather than the elder.  And Joseph saw it different!
But Jacob went with God, God's way.  But that was the only negative thing.

And what I'm saying is that Joseph was like a perfect man!  I believe he
was like a perfect church.  Joseph represents a perfect church.  He was
willing to sacrifice.  He was willing to leave home.  He was willing to
not even think about himself, to go down and withstand terrible odds that
he faced.  He was willing to go down into jails.  He had a purpose in his
heart that he was going to live for God, **WHATEVER** come his way!!!
He had his eyes upon Heaven!  If Joseph lived today he would be crying
to God saying, "Lord, I want to serve YOU this day!  I want to give you
this day!  I want to do THY will!  I want to be a blessing!  I want you
to anoint me with the Spirit of God from the crown of my head to the
sole of my feet, that I might be *ALIVE* in the Name of Jesus!"

That should be our consistency day by day.  I didn't know this until
this week.  A few years back I got very sick preaching at a church,
very sick.  And the other churches, God showed me, were praying against
me.  That is between them and God.  That is not meaning to criticize.
But what I am saying is we need to watch ourselves when we start coming
against God's people.  We need to watch ourselves!

And until I took that thyroid pill God wasn't going to bring no healing!
Until I took that pill I was getting worse, and worse and worse.
And God gave me a dream way down in a little town called Ustus, Texas.
I never will forget that night.  I couldn't sleep.  And I was so tired.
Finally I went to sleep.  And I am saying this not so that you will
think any good thing about me.  But God is good!  In that dream God
let me see this.  I don't want to take anything from it.  It was good.
But I am going to project it out.  I'm not bragging.  I am NOTHING!!
If we are going to glory, we need to glory in GOD!!

So I said, "Lord, I need the answer!  I'm in bad shape!"  And that night
in this dream I seen myself in white linen.  And I thought maybe I was
already in Heaven.  I really did, because I had gone through such a time.
But then I saw myself raised up.  God raised me up.  There was a cross
under my arm, a big cross.  And then for some reason God showed me 77
pastors.  Somehow I was going to cross their lives.  And I said, "Lord,
this is scary, but I just have a little old street ministry downtown.
And I'm not really sure how I am now."  And in the dream I was sort
of doubting myself in that sick condition.  God understands us when we
are sick!  And when we are sick, sometimes we are not totally rational!
We don't see things exactly straight.

But in the dream I seen what I needed to see!  In this picture I also
saw that I had I.V.s (Intervenous hook-ups) in my arms.  And there
were these big, big letters spelling out "THYROID."  And I said, "Do
you mean I'm going to have to take that pill??"  And the Lord answered,
"Yes, for a reason.  And I won't reveal that reason to you until a time
that I want you to go out for ME."

So all these years, God hasn't told me until day before yesterday.
HE said, "I want you to tell these people that you have to rely on that
[pill], and I won't change it.  You are going to have to go on that
thyroid pill until you go home to be with ME!"

I was so against medicine, because I knew that God was going to heal me.
But that is what God chose, because being against medicine almost became
PRIDE in me!  But that thyroid pill I have to do DAILY!!

Can anyone feel where I am coming to??

*DAILY* I have to take that pill!  *DAILY* we got to seek God!  It has
changed in this last hour!!  We cannot live today on what took place
yesterday!!  You must seek God *EARLY* *EVERY* *DAY*!!  You must take
that *PILL* every day!!!  *DON'T* *MISS* *IT*!  It will mess you up if
you miss it!!

I am here, not to confuse you!  But, I am here, only, to HELP you.
That we need to take GREAT HEED to the Word of God that we have,
because the Word of God mixes with the Spirit of God.  Then becomes
a **POWER-ZONE** within you.  It will keep you *ALIVE*, fluent in the
Spirit of God from Heaven!!  And you will use the Heavenly Language from
Heaven to reinstate thee for the glory of God!!  The Spirit of God will
be alive in you.

When you lay hands on the sick, Sister B_______, they *ARE* going to
recover!!

By the way, Sister B_________.  Something has happened to you in the
past that God is going to totally touch.  I don't know what it is.

God is real!  When the Lord told me that the other day [about the reason
I have to take thyroid] it just touched my heart so much.  There hasn't
been a thing.  Did you ever think about that Brother N______?  Some of the
things that we have gone through.  Talk about being laughed about, talked
about, made fun of, and all these things!  The only thing that saved me is
that I was very good at what I did.  That is the only thing that saved me.
[Brother Freedom always got raving reviews concerning his heavy equipment
repair and his work as a "cat" skinner.  God has always given him greater
confidence in those areas.  And his secular work associates honored him.
They knew that God was with him.  Some of those non-believers even called
him by the title of "Brother" before they said his first name!]

This heavy equipment customer asked me to pray whether they should buy
this used D-9 Dozer.  They wanted to buy this D-9.  I said, "I'll take
a plane trip with you down there to look at it."  They flew us down
to San Leandro.  I looked at that D-9 66A.  It had new tracks on it.
Everything we looked at looked really good.  But I questioned the
condition of the engine.  I went through the service reports, and all
that had been done.  And I figured there was a problem with the engine.
So I told these four men.  And they started having great faith in me.
These were unsaved men, unlearned in the things of God.  But they called
me Brother ________.  And they wanted me to pray for them every day.
And I did!

I had a spiritual family.  But my family wasn't through the church world.
My family was made up of all my customers.  They were my family.  And they
loved me.  They cared for me!  They would take me out to lunch, all these
things that no one else did very often.  My church friends would say,
"Don't take him along!  He's just a problem!"

But God has a way of fighting for us, keeping us through the times of
Job's troubles, the times of being dis-associated.  That is hard to take,
when you are dis-associated from where you would like to be.

That is why everybody likes their church, because you have associations,
one with another.  You feel a kinship.  And that is why God gave the
church.  You have a place of recirculation.  You can feel the closeness.
You may not tell them EVERYTHING in your heart.  But you can tell them
a lot of your heart.  And you feel that they love you.  And you love them.

So as this comes about in life, it becomes as a connection from you
to that other person, to you and God, whoever you are.  But if those
connections ever get broken, it is a terrible problem.  It is a hurt!
It is like death itself!  It is something that wounds people.

So as this trip went on the four men said, "We want to know about buying
this machine."  So I said, "Let me have some time to pray about it."
So I went and I prayed about it.  And I didn't want to do something that
was going to alienate my relationship with those men.  And I didn't want
to do something that was going to alienate my relationship to my employer
[a well known Caterpillar dealer on the West Coast].  But most of all,
I didn't want to alienate myself with God.  It was like a three cornered
situation.  I knew if I messed up there was going to be big trouble.
I would lose my job!  [Brother Freedom prayed for three days and God
spoke to him about that D-9 dozer.]

So I told the four men.  I said, "The Lord told me that if you buy this
machine it will make it through this year.  But it will not go into
next year."  [This conversation was happening in the Spring time.]

The men said, "Well, that is good enough for us!!"

I was hoping they wouldn't buy the machine, even though I told them this.
And I felt the Spirit of God.  But I just felt that machine was not the
machine for them.  But they felt it was.  If it could make that year,
that is all they wanted, because they were going to have enough money
at the end of the year that they could do the engine overhaul on it.

But my company salesman found out about this prayer.  And boy did he come
and get to me.  He says, "You know, we should just fire you!"  I said,
"Yes, you have grounds to."  He said, "We wish you wouldn't do these
kind of things.  It is terrible!"  I said, "Well, You've never gotten
hurt yet, have you??"  "No we haven't," he answered."

"If you ever get hurt, I'll take my licks," I said.  And they knew that
I would pay any bill that I ever had.  And whatever it took I would
make restitution.

Getting back to Joseph, his brothers did something that they were going
to have to ask, sooner or later, to make it right, restitution for
selling their brother, Joseph into slavery.  You don't take someone's
life, or do damage to their life without such an act being declared
"criminal activity."  Restitution is something that none of us want!
Can I be simple??  We don't want to make restitution.  Many people say,
"Well, God forgave me!  I'm just going to go on with my life.  I got a
million dollars.  I stole it.  But I'm going to keep it, because God,
you saved me!"

But I see it a different way!  I see that God says we must have
restitution!  Restitution is something that keeps us in the flock
of Heaven.  Now his may be a little old sermon.  But it needs to be
thought about!  That is why we want to think what we are doing *BEFORE*
we do some wrong sinning!  Did you ever get so angry at someone, you
didn't care what you did; you just go wild??  Well that is the wrong
thing because if you get enough of it things will happen!   Verbal can
be very damaging to you, and can bring damnation, your verbal talking.
How do we slander people?  Do we lift them up and encourage them?

But this is only a little part concerning the brothers of Joseph.
They were guilty.  They were going to have to make a restitution with
Joseph, which we know later on they did.

Coming back to the key of this whole sermon.  God has a way in the World!
The Bible says that obedience is better than sacrifice.  [See 1st Samuel
15:22b]  **OBEDIENCE** **IS** **BETTER** **THAN** **SACRIFICE**!!  I went
all the way around.  We are going to continue on, but God wanted to get
that in your heart!  Do you understand what I am saying??  Obedience is
better than sacrifice!  If you do sin "...we have an advocate with the
Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:  And he is the propitiation for our
sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."
[1st John 2:1b-2]

But it is *BETTER* *NOT* *TO* *SIN*!  There is the "good," and there is
the "acceptable" and there is the "PERFECT" will of God.  [See Romans
12:2] God is forgiving.  But when we go over, and over, and over, and
over, God showed me that we are like getting on the freeway.

I'm not going to forget about Joseph.

We get on the freeway.  And we say, "Well, I want to turn off down at
this bar."  You know that is wrong!  So we turn off.  And so now we are
sort of half bad.  So we say, "If I put that stuff in my mouth no body
will know it!  Only God knows it."

Every time that we do this we go in a circle.  So we slide clear back.
So then we pray through.  We say, "Lord, I'm not going to do it again!
I'm not going to do it again!  Lord, if YOU will let me I won't have to
be ashamed of this thing and hide it from those that are going to hurt me.
I'll make *SURE* that this never happens again!"

So we go down and we get back on the freeway.  And here an old lusting
spirit appears.  We see a sign with all these drinks and all this stuff.

But God told me the other day that we are **ALL** as alcoholics, every
one of us!!!!  And anything that we have, any problem that we have, even
though it isn't alcohol, is a problem!  I have problems!  And I have to
seek God consistently, every day, or I will have problems!!  And these
problems take me away from the heart of God!  They bring me away from
the anointing!  The anointing is the joy of the Lord, the peace that
passes understanding, the love of God, that favors us.  The anointing
is how HE touches you or rewards you.  Basically God still loves you,
even though you fail HIM.  "Yes, there is room at the cross for you."
And there is *PARDON* for you!

**BUT** if you didn't do those wrong things there is *EVEN* *A* *GREATER*
*BLESSING*!!!  And I believe that Joseph was sinless, basically.  God seen
him in God's eyes through faith!  Faith hides a multitude of sins!
"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through
our Lord Jesus Christ..."  [Romans 5:1]  The faith it is speaking of
*IS* *OUR* *FAITH* *IN* *GOD*!  It is a faith that HE is my waymaker!
HE is the absolute WAY!  HE never makes a mistake, *NEVER*!

Am I missing it today??  I want to drive home **OBEDIENCE** **IS**
**BETTER** **THAN** **SACRIFICE**!!

As I talked to that company salesman about that D-9 Dozer that those
four men had me look at and pray for, I said, "Yes, I can see my fault."

But God says, "I don't know how to tell you this, but you don't want to
come against ME!"

I said, "I won't!"

Well then God says, "I'll forgive you of this other.  It is not your
problem anyway.  I see it was just circumstances."  [God forgave Brother
Freedom of breaking earthly business rules which say that God can't have
a part in a business deal.]

Unavoidable circumstances are not a sin!  You can't help it!  If your
wife gets out here and divorces you, you become a divorcee.  But you had
nothing to do with it!  The circumstances caused you to become a divorcee.
But you are NOT a sinner.  But the people at many churches have said that
you are a sinner, when you are still holy with God!  God didn't say that!
We need to get to the Truth that it might set us free! [See John 8:32]

There is pardon at the cross for you.  There is room at the cross for you.
There is blessing for us!  There is HOPE for us!  We need to get the
Truth straight from Heaven!  Then we will grow feet by feet rather than
by inches.  We will grow taller than trees because we are on our knees!
Hallelujah!

Pardon is from Heaven!  But we need to **FORSAKE** wrong doings!
Because then God gives us *ROOM* *TO* *GROW*!  We have a *GREAT* God, a
*WONDERFUL* God!  God still loved Joseph's Brothers!  HE made *NATIONS*
out of them!  They became tribes of Israel!  They were men of God!
God recognized them!  God sees that we are made of flesh!  In Psalm 103
HE says, "...he remembereth that we are dust..."  [Psalm 103:14] And HE
sees that we are capable of sinning.  And HE has **COMPASSION** on us.
Did you realize that??  That God says, "Hey, I know about that!"  But when
you start abstaining from evil, and doing good, GOD has a **BLESSING**
for you too!!!  Oh, hallelujah!!  **GLORY** **TO** **GOD**!!

HE can take a nobody, and if you will come to HIM, HE can ***BLESS**
you that you can't stand the blessing!!!!

Last week (here at Come Ye To The Waters) I was so drunk in the Spirit.
Oh, I tell you God is REAL!  It is sort of a let down when you go home
for awhile.  **GOD** **IS** ****REAL****!!!

I hope I haven't hurt anyone's feelings.  Do you know why I say that??
People tell me, "Brother Freedom, you shouldn't even think like that
about hurting people."  But I do because I don't want a soul to be lost.
The Bible tells me that if I cause one soul to stumble it would be
better for me if a mill stone be put upon my neck and I be cast in the
deepest sea.  [See Matthew 18:6]  I have quit many times because of the
fact that I thought I was causing a soul to stumble.  And I backed off.

I'm not sure that this is always right, but I know some times that I
have backed off.  I don't know if this I'm giving you is for you at all.
But these are some things to think about.

If you are in a position that someone else is in the wrong, don't let
yourself get beat down by the devil saying, "It's your fault!"  And also
there is a double truth here.  The devil comes "...to steal, and to kill,
and to destroy..." [See John 10:10]  So in reverse he can come to you
and slam you and say, "You've been a failure!  Look what you did!"

And you just tell him, "I have no cause of that!  Take it up with my
Heavenly Father!!"  And he will ***NOT*** take it up with the Heavenly
Father!!

OH **GLORY**!!

God is telling you that he will give you *STRENGTH* to resist the devil!
And that is what we need today, STRENGTH to resists the powers of the
devil!  Because the enemy is come in like a flood.  And God has spoken
to my heart that this United States, very soon, is going to go through
some serious problems!

I better finish up what I was going to finish up.

But Joseph lived a life above reproach!  Joseph was a mighty man of God!
And I am thankful for this Word in the Bible.  I am thankful for this
Holy Word (Freedom is holding up the Bible).  It declares that God has
a people that have backbone.  They are willing to stand for the things
that God stands for!  And I believe that Joseph was that model one.
I believe that Joseph took the "guff," if you want to call it that,
from all of those who came against him.

But you know he had favor in jail.  Those fellows down there said,
"Ha!  We see something in him that none of the rest of us have!"
Joseph was like Daniel.  Oh Hallelujah!  Daniel had a more excellent
spirit. [See Daniel 6:3]  And we as God's people, it behooves all of us
to have a more excellent spirit.  That is what is recorded about Daniel.
Daniel had a more excellent spirit!

And our spirit is *US*, the part that comes from God!  I will guarantee
you, you can read people very well, whether they are angry.  Even though
they call themselves Christians they have a problem some place.  See,
we live in glass houses!  That is a problem!  Everybody sees us better
than we see ourselves!  We look like we are a mess!  Sometimes we are
just, boy oh boy what is going on!

But God wants us basically to let our light so shine!  That is our
number one calling.  It isn't preaching!  It is basically NOT teaching!
But it is letting your light shine in a dark and dreary land.  And when
you do, opportunities will come your way.  You will see opportune times
that people will be *TOUCHED* by you just being in THE PRESENCE of God.
God will make it such a *REAL*, *SPECIAL* life that you have, that you
cannot *IMAGINE* the thrill there is in serving Jesus!

The power, the anointing of God is beyond the most spectacular forces that
has ever been!  Seeing darkness put back, seeing people healed, seeing the
mighty hand of God move upon people is *BEYOND* description!  It is better
than any football game!  It is better than any boxing match!  It is better
than anything that man has ever made!  It is beyond **SPLENDOR**!!  *IT*
*IS* *GLORY*!!!  And that is why nothing really turns me on like *JESUS*!!
HE turns me on!  I get intoxicated when Jesus touches me.

The Bible says, "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but
be filled with the Spirit..."  [Ephesians 5:18]  The Spirit of God
is wonderful!

But I will tell you I really believe what we have right now is the
point where God wants HIS gifts to come in.  God is coming very soon.
And this Land is going to have problems, SERIOUS problems.

[And now a prophetic word, direct from the Throne Room begins to pour
through Freedom.]

The Lord thy God would say to thee this day: be not afraid.  For I AM
here saith the Spirit of God.  But I say before this Land *THERE *IS*
*PROBLEMS*, saith the Spirit of God.

I say, very shortly, jobs will be leaving this Nation.  I say the World
is going to balance out, very shortly.  And I say this America, this Land
that you live in has had such a high standard.  And I say that there is
high positions in this Land.  And I say there is a life of ease within
this Land.

And I say, as it says in Joel, it shall come to pass in the last days
that I say, the Lord thy God, shall not break ranks.  And I AM calling
a peculiar people, saith the Spirit of God.  And they shall not walk no
longer in the flesh.  But they will walk in the Spirit.  And they will
not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.  But they will fulfill the will of the
Father, that the Father might be in them as an example before the world,
and about them.  And I say, those round about thee, because I say without
MY Spirit it will be *VERY* *HARD* to have confidence where thou goest.

I say, because darkness is come.  I say, the enemy comes to kill,
destroy and steal.  And I say he is going to show himself on the behalf
of all those that are his followers.  You are going to see more and
more, saith the Spirit of God.  You are going to see MY Spirit being
attacked by many, many, many seducing spirits.  You are going to see
MY Name being put out of this Nation, saith the Spirit of God.  I say,
I AM also already *HATED* by many, saith the Spirit of God.  **I** **AM**
**HATED**, saith the Spirit of God!!

A lot of people do not see this.  But I say it is very recognizable,
if you could see what I see.  I say, those that proclaim MY Name, I
say they do not want them, they do not like them.  And I say, even MY
churches have a way of dis-fellowshiping with one that I shall work with.
That one that I want to make over and to lead them in a straight path,
even the fellowship of MY ones, MY saints will forsake that one.  And I
say, because I the Lord thy God under gird such a one.  And I left them
up into Heavenly places.  And I *BLESS* them, that is still not MY will!
It is MY will that people *BLESS* that one, when I have educated them,
when I AM bringing them through a place, that MY people need to love them,
and NOT to reject them, no longer.  But MY peace will be upon them.
And MY blessings shall be upon them.  And I shall give MY counsel to
MY ones.

I say before the North there is *PROBLEMS*!  I say, before the EAST
there is smoke coming up through the hills.  I say there is problems.
I say, IT will face this Nation!  I say this Nation will see problems
that will come their way, that they will no longer know how to deal with!

Does not MY Word declare that Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but MY
Word shall pass NOT away?

MY coming is very soon, MY Word declares!  But I say, saith the Spirit
of God, many, many ships will sink to the bottom of the sea!  I say,
there shall be wormwood.  There shall be problems that will touch this
Nation, and touch a third of the World!  And I say a third of the World
will feel the problems that the nations face.

And I say no one knows the time, only the Father, only!  But MY coming
is soon!  MY people need to be prepared, saith the Spirit of God!
For I say there is coming through the times, the eons of Heaven.  And I
say there is orifices, and many problems are coming against MY people,
to keep them *OUT* of MY kingdom!

But I say MY coming is soon!  And I *LOVE* thee!  But I say America has
some problems it is facing.  Before very long this Nation will see many
onslaughts of problems.  I say, failures of money will come!  There will
be loss of life, limbs, problems, incests, lovers of themselves, boasters,
*proud*, blasphemers, disobedient, without natural affection.

And I say children that is born before 12 years from now, I say saith
the Spirit of God, many of them will have problems that doctors will
know not how to relate to many.

I say that there is problems that is coming.  But I say it is going to be
a terrible time for the World!  I AM not telling you this to frighten you!
BUT, I AM the answer, saith the Spirit of God!  And I AM here that thou
would be with ME *BEFORE* that great and final day!

I say, when the enemy comes in like a flood, I the Lord thy God wish
to *HELP* MY people.  I wish to strengthen MY people!  Though MY people
act like I AM so far from them!  They desire to go back in their homes,
in their places.  And they *HIDE*!  And they look at their own things
and they don't even worry about ME!

But I say time marches on!  And I say time is come, very shortly, when I
say knowing the time that it is high time to wake out of sleep, for *NOW*
*IS* *OUR* *SALVATION* *NEARER* *THAN* *WE* *BELIEVED*.  The night is
far spent.  The day is at hand.  Let *US*, therefore caste off all the
works of darkness.  And let us put on the whole armour of light.

I the Lord thy God want to have a people, a remnant in this last hour that
will walk in victory; will not walk, no longer, in gloom.  And the World
round about them sees them in gloom!  I wish that My people will recognize
that that the World will see the Joy of the Lord.  I wish to *ARRAY* MY
people in his last hour, that they will have *REAL* joy, laughing joy.
And they will no longer have a form of godliness.  But they will feel
MY presence with them!  They will feel joy.  And they shall know that
they serve the Living God.  And those round about them will see it!

I say, when this takes place, it will be too late for them to make
a change!  But I say that change is coming very rapidly!  MY people,
NOW, need to take *HEED* to the Word of God!  They need to realize that
I *LOVE* them!  I AM granting them a scepter of love!  I AM granting
them MY peace, MY confidence within them.  But I say, it is NOT going
to be LONG.  I say the time is going to change!  And I say, when this
happens, I say **NO** **LONGER** will there be a *DRAWING* from ME,
saith the Spirit of God!

I say, thou art in the twilight of the time of MY coming!  I say,
I have given that *CALL*!!  I say the Day is at hand!  Caste off all
the works of darkness!  **COME** MY people!  COME TO ME!!!  And I shall
strengthen thee!!

For I say there is *ROOM* in MY provisions.  I shall give thee a shelter!
I shall give the HOPE!  And I shall strengthen thee!

For the Lord is GOOD, a stronghold in the Day of trouble!  And HE knoweth
them that trust HIM.

That is MY Word, saith the Spirit of God!  And I will keep MY Word!
I shall keep covenant with MY Word!

For I shall *NEVER* leave thee, nor forsake thee, saith the Spirit of God!

I have given thee MY Word!!!!  And these [HIS WORDS] have been in MY
heart many times!  But I say, many times they [HIS WORDS] have been very
distant to thyself, oh one, oh one this day.

Take ****HEED**** to these things!  For I have given thee much, much in
this Land.  I say this America, thou livest in, I say these people are
very soft!  I say many of MY church CLERGYMAN are very soft!  They have
no strength!

Many of My leaders have no strength!  They do not want to shake the boat!
They don't want to say "what saith the Spirit of God?"  But I AM looking
for a people, right now who will take aim for Heaven, and do not really
care,... they do care, but they care **MORE** for the love that they
have for the Lord.  And they will *ALLOW* MY Spirit to move within them!

I say it is *HARD* for thou to get up and speak as I the Lord thy God
speaks through you, MY people.  But I say it will be done, saith the
Spirit of God!  It is being demonstrated to thee this day, saith the
Spirit of God!

I AM here, even now.  If thou would come to ME, I would do a *GREAT*
work with anyone of thee in this room!  I AM able to complete!  I AM
able to give thee a strength.  I AM able to give thee a calling that is
above anything that you can imagine!

I AM able to give thee a ministry that is without ending!  And I will
complete that which is lacking within thee!

Do NOT resist ME, saith the Spirit of God!  For I AM holy!  And MY
works are holy!  And MY *WAY* is Holy!  And I say without HOLINESS no
man shall see or please ME saith the Spirit of God.

"For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live
soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;  Looking for
that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our
Saviour Jesus Christ;  Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us
from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous
of good works." [Titus 2:11-14]

[The prophetic word is concluding and Brother Freedom is coming back
down from that awesome anointing.  At this point there is a mixture of
Holy Ghost words and Brother Freedom unctionized to speak.]

God is here this day, MY ones!!  HE is coming!  HE is coming through the
clouds of glory!  And we need to prepare.  Heaven is REAL!  Heaven's shore
is open wide!  And our names are written in the Lambs Book of Life!
No one can take or steal your name!

God wants to *BLESS* you!

[The Holy Ghost cuts back in.]

Many, many, many need to hear this message, saith the Spirit of God.
Many are not hearing!  And many are going to be lost in that day!
Many need to hear that I love them!  But I *WISH* to *DELIVER* them from
that time of Job's Troubles.  And I say, there is a time going very
shortly when you will feel bad within yourself.  It will be because
of what was just spoken.  You will feel bad, but it is nothing that
you have done, causing you to feel bad.  It is because you are going
to start feeling more of the heat that is in the air, the problems of
darkness, stifling problems!  And you need to pray that you would cross
home QUICKLY, saith the Spirit of God.

[Now the Spirit lifts a bit and Brother Freedom is unctionized to speak.]

We need to realize our days are NOT very *LONG* here!  Our days are
numbered!  But God loves us!  And it is a terrible time, a time that
has never been!  The Lord thy God has chosen this for that final day!

I don't know how long.  But God is coming through the clouds of glory.
HE is coming, because HE loves you!!  HE cares for you!  HE understands
you!  And HE wishes that you might have the best that you can have!

But it doesn't surprise me to see many, many people are going to lose out!
"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are
the ways of death."  [Proverbs 14:12]  And men have trifled with God
for a long time!

But God is NOT slack.  HE loves us!  But when HE says, "It is enough,"
it *IS* enough!

God is REAL!!  HE is faithful!!  HE loves you exactly like you are.
And I love you like you are.  But God wants to re-mold us, and remake us!
And God showed me this, just before I left.  It is like I say within
myself.  HE wants to re-mold us, and remake us in the image of Jesus
Christ the righteous!

HE wants to be our close friend, that we have never had.  HE wants us to
quit listening to the lies of the evil one.  The evil one comes to take
away our joy.  He comes to take away our love, we have one to another.
He does anything that he can, to steal our crown, to kill our relationship
with God.  He wants us to remove God out of our hearts.  That is what
he keeps working on.

"That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful
in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened
with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and
longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath
made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated
us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through
his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:" [Colossians 1:10-14]

"Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we
ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us," [Ephesians 3:20]
"Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present
you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy..."
[Jude 1:24]

"...greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world." [1
John 4:4b]

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love,
and of a sound mind."  [2nd Timothy 1:7]

"Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that
loved us." [Romans 8:37]

"He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how
shall he not with him also freely give us all things?"  [Romans 8:32]

"But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in
you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your
mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."  [Romans 8:11]

That same Spirit is here with hands outstretched, here this night, to
be your Comforter.  HE is that piece maker!  HE is the absolute *GLORY*!!

But there is a problem, I will guarantee you in God's church!  I am
not judging people.  But I just see it as God tells me.  I don't know
anything.  I don't know that...but the Lord tells me there is still some
things that need a change.  You may be a key to people that God wants to
get out here and *PRAY* if nothing else.  And these things can be changed!

God is very concerned with HIS people!  The Lord really spoke to me that
we are living, in America, on *VERY* soft beds!  **SOFTNESS** has crept
into our homes, and we don't want be disturbed.  We are on easy street.
And so we say, "Lord, don't touch me, because I want to live the rest
of MY life in EASE!  I want to have an easy pathway!"

And that is what is happening!  We have taken that easy pathway!  "Oh,
I'm going to have my next vacation!  I am going to go here!  I am going
to go there!  I am going to go see somebody!"

That is *IN* our society!  And you say, "Well, it is around me!"
Yes it is!  But, that is when we need to take heed to the LORD!  I'm not
telling you what to do!  But seek God in all these areas!  **YOU HAVE
TO DO THIS YOURSELF*!

It is sad to say, but I cannot save you!  You have got to save yourself.
I can only give you a point.  And it is sad to say.  I wish I could save
each one of you.  And I think everyone of you is saved.  But, there is
a responsibility God is laying on the shoulders of HIS people, that we
must be ABOVE reproach!  That we must have NO GUILE within us!

The Bible says, "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is
stayed on thee..." [Isaiah 26:3a]  If you can't think about the Lord
over 20 minutes something is *WRONG*!!!!  You deal with that yourself!
But if we can keep our minds upon God, it says HE will "...keep him in
perfect peace..."  **HE** restores us!

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.  He maketh me to lie down in
green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.  He *RESTORETH*
my soul:..."  HE **RESTORES** my soul!!!   "...he leadeth me in the paths
of righteousness for his name's sake..."  For HIS Name sake, God's sake!
"...Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will
fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou
anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.  Surely goodness and
mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the
house of the LORD for ever."  [Psalm 23]

You say, "Brother Freedom, you have it so easy!"  Yes I do!  I have
it good!  But I have to work 24 hours a day.  My legs hurt!  And my back
has been hurting!  And I am a man just like you are.  We are all made of
flesh!  And we have the same feelings, we have the same infirmity.  But we
have a relationship with God, that means I know what the bottom line is.
And the bottom line is:  *I* *DON'T* *WANT* *TO* *GO* *TO* *HELL*!!!

I'm still coming down a little bit (from the anointing), but God spoke
to me, that is the bottom line.  We want to make HEAVEN!!!  I don't
want to go to Hell!!!  I want to go to Heaven!!!  I don't want to have
fellowship with that old evil one!!  He has caused me too many problems!
I don't want no part of him!  I want God!!  I want nothing the devil has!
I desire nothing the devil has!  So why should I even be around anything
that evil one wants!

I must take and *EAT* this Word of God!  It will separate me from my
desires of having evil.  That devil can't satisfy me!  But God can
satisfy me!!!  HE can prove to me that he loves you!  HE love me!

But we ***NEED*** ***TO*** ***TAKE*** ***HEED*** here!

God loves you!  I love you!...I love you!  I love you!!  I love you!!
God ***LOVES*** you!!!

I don't know how many times I want to read and state that in your hearts!

God loves you soooooo much!!  God has proven that to me!  I know that God
is perfect!  Because HE has allowed me to do some things on purpose and
I knew they were right.  God says, "Do it and I'll show you MY love!"
I mean I have had more fun with God than I've had with anybody else.
I never had anybody else I could really talk to.....
