Sermon and Prophecy from Come Ye To The Waters, May 9, 2004

I've worked with Caterpillar equipment a long time.  And I thought I knew a lot.  [Brother Freedom has been working on Caterpillar earth moving equipment since about 1942.  During that time he has continued to be an operator or "cat skinner" and also a fully certified and trained "cat" mechanic.  He was schooled in the Army and at Caterpillar headquarters in Peoria, Illinois.  In the natural he knows his stuff.  But God knows infinitely more about Caterpillar!]

I found out that God was always about ten steps ahead of me.  The other day I had a throttle cable I couldn't put in.  I just knew it was going to be a problem.  Literally it was worrying me.  About 11 o'clock the Spirit of the Lord said, "Let's go and put that in."

And I said, "Really, I don't know how to put that in."  [This was a non-Caterpillar, non-earth moving piece of orchard equipment.  It was a walnut sweeper that moves the nuts after they fall to the ground. Brother Freedom has never worked on this type of machine before.]

The Spirit of God just literally told me.  It was very simple after the input of God!  And I really believe that God in these last days wants to pour out blessings on HIS wonderful people.  And the message that God keeps giving over, and over, and over is how HE loves all of you, so very much!  And HE literally cares for each one of us!

And with our make up, we have a tendency of canceling out God.  Whenever we get hurt we have a tendency like a dog or an animal when it is hurt. I'm just sort of talking out of my heart right now.  That animal, when it is hurt, does some things that it wouldn't normally do.  And many times, when we come to a time when we should say, "Lord, I'm going to pray and call upon THY name, and believe in YOU, that you are going to dissolve this."  That is the time that we get a little wild [when we are hurt].  We get a little bit out in our unruly nature.  And pretty soon, if we are not careful, we are angry.  We have said things that we are very sorry for.  And we've done a lot of fretting.  And then comes a time that we are really sort of angry with ourselves for letting this thing happen.  And then we are ashamed to go back to our Heavenly Father. We literally are [ashamed].

Our *FIRST* reaction should always be to go to our Heavenly Father, because HE loves you!  I've had to go to HIM.  It doesn't look easy. But it is the easiest way!  The longer we stay away from the Lord it puts us in a condition that the enemy sees.  And he can come against you about that time.  It makes it very difficult when you are resisting God when you should be resisting the devil and drawing nigh unto God.  That is what the Word says.  "Draw nigh to God, and HE will draw nigh to you. [James 4:8a]  "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."  [James 4:7a]

So when these reactions take place that is the "old man" coming back into our lives.  We need to walk totally by faith [in God], believing "...that HE is a rewarder of them that diligently seek HIM." [Hebrews 11:6b]

It is very simple, but it isn't simple to some [in the middle of a problem] to react to.  I mean it sounds simple when you just [think about it].  But when your temper is up and things aren't going right [it isn't simple].

I was in a grocery store the other day.  And I was really praying and seeking the Lord.  And there was two ladies ahead of me.  And I was listening to their conversation.  The Lord had me there [to pray] for these two women ahead of me.  They were fairly well dressed ladies. They were ladies of some means.  And the first lady said, "This has been such a terrible day."  Then she said something I'm not going to say. Then she said, "I'm going to go home and get me a bottle."  And it shocked me [what she said].  And the other lady said, "I'm going to do the same thing."

Do you know what I thought?  Even the World has problems!  I hear Christians say that they don't want to go all the way with God.  This is leading up to the message.  I hear it all the time, [they don't want to go all the way with God].

You know when you get out here and you go along the way, you are going to have problems.  The devil is just going to run you ragged. You don't have any power until you come God's way.  The Bible tells me, "...greater is HE that is in you, than he that is in the world." [1 John 4:4b]  The Bible says, "...be strong in the Lord, and in the power of HIS might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to *STAND* *AGAINST* the wiles of the devil.  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against *POWERS*, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." [Ephesians 6:10-12]  And it says, "...having done all,..." (these things) "...*TO* *STAND*" [Ephesians 6:13b]

The Bible says, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" [2 Corinthians 10:3-5]

Don't seem so blue out there!  I love you!  **GOD LOVES YOU**!!  You are more than conquerors through Christ which loves you!  [See Romans 8:37]. **You are able [in the Lord]!!

I've never had an easy day in my whole life!!  I guess that is why God has chosen me, to be able to speak to people, because I can't speak until the Spirit gets upon me!  Until the Spirit gets upon me I stammer. But when the Spirit of God comes upon me it changes.  It changes to a supernatural ability [to speak] that I know I haven't got.

[This is one of the very important facts about Brother Freedom.  God has chosen him for many reasons.  But one reason God has chosen him is because Freedom cannot speak publically with any smoothness until God divinely anoints him.  And so we who hear him often notice that he struggles until suddenly the whole atmosphere of the room will change.  In an instant you feel the Spirit of God settle on the room.  And in that instant Freedom's speaking changes.  The message begins to flow.  So until God touches Brother Freedom as a mechanic might pick up a wrench, Freedom is helpless. But when God picks Freedom up a connection to Heaven opens from on High! And the reason for this is that we all can know, even those with little discernment, that God is working.  If Brother Freedom were an orator we could say it was the man.  But all of us who know Freedom know it isn't a man speaking when the anointing hits.  It is God come on the scene. We don't come to hear Freedom.  We come to hear from Heaven!]

I'm not a good speaker.  I am *NOTHING*.  But I know the *SPEAKER* of speakers, which is God the Father, God the Son, and HE will **ANOINT** you!  And that makes the difference.  The anointing breaks the yoke! [See Isaiah 10:27]

You need to take God's Word and start EATING it!  So many times we want to have the name of knowing more about God's Word, and all of these things, that really doesn't make any difference whose the smartest.  Because it is *PRIDE* in us, why we *WANT* that.  And with God, as long as we have pride we are sort of ZERO!  We are a zero [with pride]!

[One of the great truths that God has given Brother Freedom is EATING THE WORD of God more than we study it.  The Word of God is made more for our spirits than for our minds.  That might seem strange seeing that the Bible is full of details and facts.  But God has revealed to Freedom that the Word of God is seed and food for the spirit.  When we go to a restaurant we don't call the chef out of the kitchen and demand to see his ingredients before we eat.  No, we consume the food.  We stuff it in! We eat the food because *KNOWING* all about the food can't save our lives from hunger.  Only eating saves our lives.  Knowing the truth and being set free as John 8:32 speaks of is talking more about how Adam "knew" his wife and she conceived.  Knowing the truth is not learning it and sticking it in our memory.  Knowing the truth is being intimate with the Truth.  And Jesus is the Truth.  And when you consume the Word of God, the Bible, in massive quantities, mixed with the water of the Holy Spirit all over that Word, like water mixed with powdered milk, then Jesus Christ breaks forth in the midst of your spirit.  Then your mind gets a revelation.  The mind has to be second, not first!  You can learn more about this by reading all the revelations you find on this web site. And you can read how Jesus taught about this in John 6:35-59.  This is just a nut-shell peak into this truth so that you can understand what Freedom means when he says, "...start EATING..." the Word.  God's way of "knowing" the Word is through eating the Word.  It is not in analysis, discussions, debates and competing with others for greater knowledge.]

The Bible says, "...and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble." [1 Peter 5:5b]  Humility is the opposite of pride.  [Also see Proverbs 15:33, 18:12, and 22:4] Humility goes with strength!  It goes with power!  The Bible says, "...and be clothed with humility: for **GOD** resisteth the *PROUD*, and giveth grace to the humble." [1 Peter 5:5b]  "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that HE may exalt you in due time:" [1 Peter 5:6]  "Casting all your care upon **HIM**; for HE careth for you." [1 Peter 5:7]  "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring  lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom **RESIST** **STEDFAST** in the faith,..."

We are to resist him [the evil one] "...**STEDFAST** in the faith...knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world." [1 Peter 5:8-9]

These two women in the supermarket were having problems resisting the devil!  They had *NO* **POWER**, so they indulged themselves into something that would probably soothe them now and have a headache tomorrow.

That is the *WAY* of the World!  And I will tell you here "we have an advocate with the Father."  "My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:  And HE is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world." [1st John 2:1-2]

The Bible says, "...come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord..." [2 Corinthians 6:17]  God is **WANTING** holy living!! And that has been the problem in the churches!  There is such a great distance between what one person believes and what another believes in the church!

"Well, can you do that and still make Heaven???"

There shouldn't be any question like that!!  I should not desire **ANY** iniquity in this vessel.  [Brother Freedom is speaking of his body, his temple, that there should be no sin in it.]  It is the temple of the Spirit of God!  God wants to dwell [in a pure place].

I love you!!  And God loves you!

The Bible says, "And what **AGREEMENT** hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty." [2 Corinthians 6:16-18]

"What AGREEMENT..."  You know unions have collective bargaining.  So they arbitrate to see what the union workers are going to receive.  The Bible says, "And what **AGREEMENT** hath the temple of God with idols?..." God has *NOT* arbitrated for **ANYTHING** when we are in sin!  HE has already paid in *FULL*!

[The Holy Spirit is pouring a powerful, powerful truth through Brother Freedom here!  When we are in sin, or when iniquity is found within us, it sets us outside of God's contract!!  There is no agreement or covenant for those who are outside God's union!  There are **NO** union benefits for those who are outside of God's union.  God's agreement that he has set up has only to do with those who are walking in all the light they have, and are seeking more of God, and are living as holy as they know how to live! Those who choose to dabble in any darkness are letting themselves out of God's agreement, the protective contract of God Almighty!  When you dabble in sin you are sliding toward the evil one's contract of darkness.]

"For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.  For our light affliction, which is but for a moment,..."  **Think about it!!**  "...for a moment worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal **WEIGHT** **OF** **GLORY**;..." [2nd Corinthians 4:16-17]

You know, that is how engines work.  That is how trucks go down the road! That is how freight trains move.  It is because of horse power!  So many horses of power moves so much weight.

The Bible says, "That ye *PUT* *OFF* concerning *THE* *FORMER* *CONVERSATION* the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;  And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;  And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." [Ephesians 4:22-24]

[Note:  The word "conversation" in the 1611 A.D. English King James Version of the Bible meant your life style, your way of living.  In modern English the word "conversation" has to do with people talking to each other.  We need to understand that word in it's older meaning in order to understand the verses above.]

There is a weight of sin.  Sin puts weight on our character.  And we get so weighted down with problems that we are having problems getting around, [going forward].  We are so in conviction.  We get convicted and we say, "Lord, I'm feeling down."

The Bible says, "...lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run *WITH* *PATIENCE* the race that is set before us,..."  [Hebrews 12:1]   "...be strong in the Lord, and in the *POWER* of HIS might..."  [Ephesians 6:10]  That means we need some strength to help us to move, to convey this weighted body that we have. And even if we don't sin there are still some obligations that we need *HORSEPOWER* to accomplish.

We need some "UMPH" from God!   The word "TRIUMPH" means we give God our life, we "TRY" and HE gives us the "UMPH."  [For those of you in other parts of the World who are using a computer translator to read this, the word "UMPH" is a word used in the States meaning "power." If your car has no "umph" to go up the hill your car is loosing power and needs to go to the garage for repair.]  Triumph in God means you try and God gives you the "umph," the power.  Do you follow me??  You try! God expects us to try.  Try!  Please try!  Please try!  Please try, and God will give you the "umph."  Can you get that through your mind, that if you try God will give you the "umph."

God is greater than whatever you are facing.  And through your life the Bible says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."  [Matthew 5:16]

I didn't think about this message.  It is just coming!

It says, "Let your light so shine before..." who???  "...before men, that they might see your..."  what????  "...your good works..."  That it might do what???  That it might "...glorify your Father..."

[Now a short prayer pours out of Freedom in a heavenly language.] ***THE*** ***GLORY***, *THE* *GLORY* OF *GOD*!

The anointing just started to come.  [The atmosphere is changing as God is pouring out HIS Spirit in the room upon all present.]  God is REAL! And I will guarantee you that you don't live with glory.  It is what God gives you to do a special task.  Because most of us would gloat. We would think we were Superman.  We can't even fly let alone do some of the things he's supposed to have done.  I'm saying that!

"**God loves us so much**!!"  And God has told me that I can use that phrase right there because people get so down, so out, they get so gloomy, so over taxed with the problems, the cares of this World *THAT* *THEY* *GET* *INTO* *SIN*!!  They forget that God is the *ANTIDOTE*, that **GOD** **IS** **THE** **WAY** **OUT**!  "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of **DEATH**."  [Proverbs 14:12]

God loves you!  **HE** LOVES you!!!

Do you know why we are not healed sometimes??  It is because of unforgiveness, holding grudges, getting upset.  Don't let that thing bother you!!

I was washing dishes about 20 or 30 minutes ago.  It don't hurt me! I didn't think I was going to have to do that.  But I do it!

But God wants you to break down some of those walls that cause you to fret!  If something is going to cause you to get upset, then you better go back through the [prayer] line, two or three times, until it doesn't bother you!  **THIS IS FROM THE LORD**!!

You take it to Jesus!  HE has already paid in full, that you can take that *ISSUE* [to HIM].  And you can take that issue because HE loves you so much.  HE doesn't want you to continually go around, and around, and around, and around!  HE wants you to break off from it and say, "Lord, I found the WAY.  I'm going to go the next step higher!  And that is how this life in Christ is made up!  That is the growth of a young Christian [growing up to be] an older Christian, to a saint of God!  We all start off on our knees.  And we start out with "Lord I want to give YOU my life. I want to give you all that I've got!"

And the first thing that comes into our heart is, "Well, I should be a missionary!  I should be a pastor!"  Those are callings.  I'm not here to take your joy.  I want you to have fun!  But God is REAL!  And God is very concerned with what has happened to HIS church!  HIS church, in a lot of places, has become a place of merchandise!

We need to have an old time power, the blessings of God so instilled into our being that we don't have to [react in the flesh].  But we react as God moves upon us.  God is the governing force in our being. And I know I used to hear people say, "Well, that old 14-A [a piece of Caterpillar equipment] has a good governor on it!"  They would say that because they would hear that governor suddenly cut back the engine when a load hit that big machine.  But in reality the 14-A had a weak governor. That was what was really happening!!

When you are where you should be you won't hear a lot of huffing and puffing!  But you take a constant speed governor, that has just a little bit of effect.  You couldn't keep the electric generation right on a big alternator run by a diesel engine if the governor suddenly knocked the engine's speed back!  The revolutions per minute of that alternator can't jump up and down.  They need to stay at a certain point, or change smoothly.

So that governor has to be so sensitive that it reacts, basically, way down the line at low speed even.  It begins to control even when that engine is just starting to speed up.

[Brother Freedom has learned that the Holy Ghost is to be the "governor" of the church and of each person in the church.]

Oh, I feel the presence of God!

That is what God wants us to do!  When you feel like I felt, the day before yesterday, that there was a darkness coming...I felt it!! And I had to pray and seek God!  I said, "I renounce all the darkness!!" And I knew that there was people in trouble, some place!  You were going through a time, a period.

God wants us to pray for one another.  HE wants us to lift up one another! That is what the power of prayer is for, that you might be an intercessor for those round about you.  You say, "What work have I got to do??" I will tell you!  The biggest work there is, *IS* *PRAYING*!!!!  If you are a prayer warrior, I'll guarantee you things will change!  It will not stay the same because of your worth to God!

God sees you, not as a nobody, but HE says, "That's MY child!  I'm going to break all that appears because MY child is at right standing with ME!"

What is happening is that many of God's saints, this day, are not really in right standing!  I'm saying that with great love.  But God has shown me, myself also.

Here a couple of years ago I sort of sidelined myself.  And about a year ago a man came to our church.  He said, "God is telling you to get back with it!"  But I had already known it.  And my problem wasn't where anyone could detect it.  But God knows where we are.  My sin was probably bigger than a lot of other sins, because the more we have the closer God keeps you to that constant speed.

HE doesn't want you dropping down 150 r.p.m. under load!  HE doesn't want you dropping 5 r.p.m. under load!  You see, "When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things."  [1st Corinthians 13:11] And God wants, those who are strong in the Lord, we are to take the Word of God and have the Word of God implanted in our being that we become oracles, led forth by the Spirit of God, anointed by the Spirit of God, that we might walk the *CLEAR* path, the right pathway to Heaven!! It is *NOT* a question, but [by the Spirit of God] you ****KNOW**** [what God is directing]!!!!

The Bible tells me that *WHERE* there is confusion there is every evil work!  [See James 3:16]  And how many times I hear saints of God say, "Well, I got to go pray and find out!  I better get the whole church out to pray and find out!"  ***NO***!!!  They should know what the Spirit of God is telling you!  We have a right to that issue!  If you are walking in confusion you just need to pray through, and pray through, and pray through until you get it!

I'm just saying this to *HELP* you!  I don't want to know about your problem.  But I do want to say that **IT** **IS** **A** **PROBLEM** **THAT** **WE** **NEED** **TO** **LIFT** **UP** **THOSE** **THAT** **HAVE** **IT**!!

And for you to be able to lift them up you must have a close walk, a close talk, a close touch from the Master's hand!

But God is *REAL*!  HE is faithful!  And bless their hearts, but pastors tell people, "You know it really don't make any difference if this one over here is still doing some of that old stuff they used to do." And that struggling believers are at the same rank as a saint over here who is living holy unto God."

I don't go along with that!  I think it is wrong!  It puts the one that has served God like as if they are nothing.  And God doesn't throw away nothing.  God loves us right were we are.  But yet God doesn't put a seal of approval on someone who is still living in naughtiness. He doesn't put a seal of approval on someone who is not living justified.

The Bible says, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that HE may exalt you *IN* *DUE* *TIME*:" [1 Peter 5:6]

We need to realize that God is the ONE that is going to humble us. HE is the ONE that is going to open the *WAY* for us!  HE has an all seeing eye!  The Bible says that ...the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him." [2 Chronicles 16:9a]  "If MY people, which are called by MY name, shall *HUMBLE* themselves, *AND* *PRAY*,..." "HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND PRAY..."  I want you to get that!!!   "...and seek MY face, and turn from their wicked ways; *THEN* will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." [2 Chronicles 7:14] "He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to *WALK* *HUMBLY* with thy God?"  [Micah 6:8]

"Humbly" is for us!  Many of the other works we take, we need help to get there.  But "humbling" is something that God just sort of leaves to our part.  "Humbling" means taking a lot of criticism, and you coming through that criticism feeling the same as when you started in that criticism.  Criticism, actually, is better for you than compliments.

God has been showing me, this day, that we need this as a ground work, so that HE can really do something with you.  But if we are letting these problems bother us it stops our spiritual growth.

It is like having a field out here, and there are rocks in that field. The grass is not going to come up where there are rocks.  It just doesn't work!  And that is the way it is.  Where sin abounds the Bible says, "...grace did much more abound."  [Romans 5:20b]  But we must get rid of as much pride as we can, "...the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run *WITH* *PATIENCE* the race that is set before us,..." [Hebrews 12:1]

The Bible says we must put on "temperance."  [See 2nd Peter 1:5-6] Temperance is self control.  And self control is a needed attitude that God wants to bless us with in this last day, that we might have the favor from Heaven, that HIS eyes would go upon us, that when HE speaks we don't wait.

Brother Clint and I were at a prayer meeting.  And I'm saying that there are a lot of things that I have done that probably no one else would do. Because when my Father tells me to do it I obey.  The Lord spoke to me. I remember it as if it were yesterday.  HE said, "I want you to leave the prayer meeting!"

I said, "Lord, I'll wait just a minute."

The Spirit of God said, "Am I going to have to tell you twice??"

I got up and left that prayer meeting.  I'm not saying there was anything wrong with that meeting.  I'm saying that obedience is *BETTER* *THAN* *SACRIFICE*.  [See 1st Samuel 15:22]  That is what the message is coming up to.  OBEDIENCE is *ALWAYS* *BETTER*!!

God is not going to give you a GREAT, overwhelming gift unless you can handle it!  That is because gifts are without repentance!  When God gives you something, HE will *NOT* take it back!  That is the truth! That is why we see some people who have been Spirit filled that are doing some things that they shouldn't be doing!  It is a terrible problem. It is terrible, but God will not take back that which HE has given! Do you understand this?  God can, but HE does not because HE is God! That is in HIS Word [See Romans 11:29]

The Bible says, "If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: *HE* *CANNOT* *DENY* *HIMSELF."  [2nd Timothy 2:13]  Even if we believe not, God cannot deny HIS Word.  Even though you or I deny in what we are receiving, yet God, because HE has said HE would do it, HE will do it! That is because HE IS FAITHFUL!  That is a teaching.  But it is a *BIG* teaching:  God is faithful!

The Bible says, "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: *BUT* *GOD* *IS* *FAITHFUL*, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."  [1st Corinthians 10:13]

God is faithful, that you might "...be able to *BEAR* it!"  I don't want you to get upset with God tonight.  You can get upset with me. But God ***LOVES*** you!  HE wants to stir up the gifts.  HE wants to stir up the blessings upon you, that the LOVE of God will proceed out of your mouth, that you will have ***LOVE***, REAL JOY!!

I was in the grocery store here about two months ago.  And I was just doing nothing, talking to the Lord a little bit.  I don't want to be a nuisance.  Nobody even knows what I'm doing.  And the Lord really spoke to my heart that this lady behind me [in the check out line] was to have my place.  And so I turned around and said, "Would you like to have my place?"

She said, "NO, no.  You just stay right where you are."

But God has a way of blessing you because HE blesses you that you will give back, knowing that it is God's blessing.

One of the clerks came right up to me and said, "I'm going to put you right up in front of my line!"  I was dumbfounded.  But I knew that it was MY Father that made this happen.  Time after time I know that is MY Father.

MY Father won't allow anything to happen to me.  And MY Father, the other day, gave me a great truth:  When our Father is with you the evil one CANNOT touch you!  MY Father, your Father is **BIGGER** than the evil one! And I know that the evil one has problems.  And I feel for the evil one because he, at one time, had it very wonderful.  He was a leading one in Heaven.  But he stepped away from God!  And he saw himself as something. And God has showed me Christians can do that very same thing.

The First Chapter of Romans, you read it.  It applies to us Christians, it really does!!

[Note:  We know that the first Chapter of Romans is speaking about believers rather than pagans because in Romans 1:18 it says, "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness *OF* *MEN*, *WHO* *HOLD* *THE* *TRUTH* *IN* *UNRIGHTEOUSNESS*..."  Believers are the only ones who can "hold the truth."  Pagans don't have the truth.  They are in darkness.  So Romans one is speaking of believers who have fallen backwards, not pagans who are ignorant.]

We must realize that God doesn't want us to play church!  It is REAL! You are only going through this life ONE TIME.

I love you!!  But this building is full of people.  There is angels here. God is here.  And God told me the ministry HE is going to give me is not so much you getting your back fixed.  That is great if God does it. But your mind, if you will keep covenant, God is going to save people's spirits.  And God told me a while back, "I haven't called you like [and God named a great evangelist],  I haven't called you like [and God named another great man of God], but I have called you to deal with the problem that MY people face."

I feel the Glory of God!  I have to de-rate to be able to talk sometimes. [In other words, Brother Freedom has to come down out of the glory cloud because when the glory comes all over him he cannot speak in English any more.  And the congregation needs to hear in English since many of them do not have the gift of interpretation of tongues.]

We need to learn to obey the Holy Spirit.  We are not supposed to give God a bad reputation.  We are to go and let our light shine.  You might not say a word.

A woman, about 82 years old, came into the shop and she was swearing. Personally I especially don't like to hear women use such words, men either.  Most of the time God erases such words from my hearing. But that day I did hear these wrong words coming from that lady.  God had me hear it for a reason.  And she came in there and she came to me and she said, "What are you smiling about!?"

I said, "Well, have a good day!"

She turned around and said, "I've *NEVER* had a good day!!

She went outside and then she came back.  She said, "You told me to have a good day???"

That is all the Lord wanted me to tell her.

I said, "Yes.  Have a good day!"

And she shook her head.  She came back about a week later.  She said, "I want you to pray for me."

I said, "You want me to pray for you??"

She said, "Yes, I perceive you are a man of God."

I didn't tell her that!

I said, "Well, if you will let me give you a short prayer, because I'm working for Ron this very moment.  I'll pray real fast.  You don't need a long prayer, anyway."

[Brother Freedom keeps so prayed up that I've seen him pray through to heaven in a few seconds.]

Then I said, "Touch K______ right now in Jesus Name.  Give her the joy of the Lord."

And she left.  She came back about a week later.  She said, "My life has just changed!"  She said, "I used to go to Sunday School."

She brought to me, the other day, a young man.  He must have been 30 years old.  And she just had to have him meet me.  And I told them, "I'm NOTHING!!  But MY Heavenly Father, HE is **EVERYTHING**!!  You have a right to go to HIM too."  I said, "You get where you should be, K_____, you can go and ask HIM.  HE will hear your cry."

That is what we need to get across to people, especially believers, that God wants to open up to them the Windows of Heaven.  And these problems in their minds that has them so disturbed, God wants to set them free!

There are people that are preaching in churches that are *BOUND*!! Wrong, bad spirits are holding them in bondage.  I've gone into churches, and I say this with loving kindness.  And God will give me a message [from Heaven].  And I would give that message out.  And immediately another message would be given by some other person a few seconds later that would say, "Oh my people you are so wonderful..."

The message I was given wasn't wonderful.  God wanted them to look to HIM and make changes.  But this other message would say, "Oh my people, you are so wonderful..."

God is not double minded!  God is singular.  God don't make mistakes! God uses HIS glory.

I said, "Lord, I'm the most unabled, the most without power to be able to be used by YOU!"

And God said, "That is why I'm going to use you, because everything that comes has to come by *ME* [by God]!"

Some time ago I had a tooth pulled.  And I was sick.  I had to go and get that tooth pulled in the middle of the night!  They wouldn't let me off of work to go to the dentist.  So I had to go on Sunday night.  So I go and I take a bunch of Scriptures.  And I got so blessed by those Scriptures that I had to quit.  Then I had to ask the dentist to forgive me.  And I asked and said, "Lord just come down."  And I made it through it.  But I learned a long time ago, that I have to rely on God!  HE is my strength!

And I am not against anybody!  However you get with God, your way with God.  That is between you and the Lord.  But I believe that God wants to have us *FULL* of the Holy Ghost, that we might have the glory of God upon us in a way that we cannot understand.

I'm trying to stop and talk as slow as I can where no one misses a word that I am saying.  But there is *GREAT* power in speaking in that heavenly language.  I cannot tell you why.  I don't know why.

But I had a light plant [a gasoline generator] in the back of my service truck.  I was the driver of the truck.  I was the mechanic.  And that machine was all electronically operated.  It would start and stop when the switch was on automatic.  But when it stopped it would make an explosion. The exhaust muffler would collect gas vapor.  A spark would hit that and it would just blow up with a terrible blast.  And it was really annoying!

And the Spirit of God said, "I will show you something!  If you will pray in the Spirit, every time that THAT engine is going to stop, you will *NEVER* see it back fire!"  And for years, if I would pray in the Spirit it would never back fire.

[Note:  one of the most interesting parts of this story Brother Freedom didn't get to tell.  One night when he came home he accidently left that engine in automatic mode.  And in his sleep he heard that little gasoline engine fire up.  He was so tired and he knew he needed to get out of bed, and needed to go outside and get that thing shut down without it exploding.  Then he remembered what the Holy Ghost had said. So he prayed in the Heavenly language and sure enough the little engine shut down without making that terrible shot gun explosion.  But if he ever forgot to pray in the Spirit that engine would never fail to make a terrible racket at the end.  Truly prayer in the heavenly language is something awesome.]

There is *POWER* through that Heavenly language.  And many times we don't want to use it, because we don't know what is going on.  That is what we don't need to know!  Did you know that is the biggest gift that you have, when you get this head, this brain in neutral, God will use that gift. Because with the mind SELF has a way of coming against God!

All of these mind programs up there in our head that we have heard, and all that darkness, has a way of blocking when we are trying to get a hold of God.  And pretty soon [with the mind in control] we go to the place that we are NOT going to break through.  We are just going to say, "It's not worth it!  I'm going to go back to my old way.  I'll just study my Bible and I'll just take what I'm going to take."

And pretty soon you are back in the natural.  You feel good for a minute. But it doesn't last!  God wants us to have a *LASTING* experience with HIM!  The joy of the Lord is your strength! [See Nehemiah 8:10].  "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." [Philippians 4:13] "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." [Philippians 4:19]  "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask *OR* *THINK*, according to the power that worketh in us," [Ephesians 3:20] "Now unto HIM that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy..."  [Jude 1:24]  "...greater is HE that is in you, than he that is in the world." [1 John 4:4b]  "Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." [John 14:27b] "Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through HIM that loved us." [Romans 8:37]

These are *ALL* Scriptures that I have given you that we can *STAND* upon! They are part of what God has given us!  HE will *NOT* deny HIS Word! Sisters, brothers, you can act upon God's Word!!  And HE is **FAITHFUL**!! HE will *NOT* deny HIMSELF!!

The Bible says, "...In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you...."  That is what Jesus said!  But, "...I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." [John 14:1-3]

See, this is the ONLY message that most of us have ever heard: a mansion in Heaven!  We have never gotten to all of the other truth that I shared earlier.  Many of us don't even know all that other truth is even connected to God!  Many say to themselves, "It says MY Father has a home in Heaven, and if I go down and shake the right hand of the pastor I'm on my way to Heaven."

Well, I wish it was that easy.  But I don't really think it is.  I think it is for a new convert!  Yes I do!  But after you live a while, God expects us to start growing!  HE loves you!!  And it wouldn't be fair if God didn't want you to grow.

And the Lord just told me the other day.  HE said, "I don't like to see dwarfed babies, 50 year old kids."

God wants us to be a grownup!  Serve God with vigor, with *JOY*!!  The Joy of the Lord is your strength!! [See Nehemiah 8:10]  "HE that spared not his own Son, but delivered HIM up for us all, how shall HE not with HIM also freely give us ***ALL*** things?"  [Romans 8:32]   Oh, hallelujah!

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a **LIVING** sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and *PERFECT*, will of God."  [Romans 12:1-2]

There is a *PERFECT* will and a "good" will, and an "acceptable" will of God.  I'm sorry to say that a lot of my activity has been the "good" will of God, but not the perfect will of God.  And I desire the "PERFECT" will of God.  I want to walk pleasing HIM!

When I first received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in 1956, the Lord spoke to my heart and said, "I want you to go to Athens, Texas.  I want you to go into Jail, not as a prisoner, but to take the Word of God in.

So I started and I thought I would tell my pastor.  My pastor said, "You can't go!!!!"

And I said, "Lord, what am I going to do??"

The Lord said, "You have got to go where I AM telling you.  If you don't you will never get any higher than where you are!"  The Spirit said concerning my pastor, "He will see after you go.  And I will deal with him.  But you choose ME above everything; ME, always first!"

And that is probably the only one thing that I have done right in my whole life, that God has seen any worth in.  I have always, when it came down to those kind of decisions, I have tried to give HIM first, right away.

There is a lot of issues we all fail God in, in so many places, by missing something.  "Why didn't I do this?  Why didn't I do that?" We all do that.  But don't let it get you down, where you are upset.

Satan wants you to be *DEFEATED*!  Satan wants you to *LIVE* defeat!  And it is so easy to live in defeat when you put yourself in defeat!  We need to encourage ourselves.  David encouraged himself.  [See 1st Samuel 30:6] We need to encourage ourselves, THAT: (1.) we have the joy of the Lord, (2.) we have the Word of God, (3.) we have HIS ***PRESENCE***!!  (4.) And knowing that in my Father's house God has prepared for us!  It says, "...Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." [1 Corinthians 2:9-10]

It is a strength that God wants to enable us [with] in these last days. The Bible says, "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him." [Isaiah 59:19] "... Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be **AFRAID**." [John 14:27b] Oh hallelujah!  "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a *SOUND* *MIND*."  [2nd Timothy 1:7]

The Word of God is ***POWERFUL***!!!  It is sharper than a two edged sword!  [See Hebrews 4:12]  The Word needs to be worked upon with the Spirit of God!  The Spirit is the glory of God, that can anoint the Word!  You know the letter of the Word of God, without the Spirit of God, killeth!  [See 2nd Corinthians 3:6]

You can say, "Well, you know Judas went out and hung himself."  [See Matthew 27:5b]  And you could say, "Go and do thou likewise." [See Luke 10:37b]  Those two scriptures don't work together!  You need the Spirit of God!  You need the Spirit of God to properly work with the Word of God!

God has shown me it is proper to let one Word of God compliment another Word of God in certain areas, because they fit right together.  They fit better than where they are placed in the Bible!  God sees beyond what the writers of the Bible were seeing!  HE sees that John 3:16 works somewhere else besides John 3:16!  And God knows the *WHOLE* picture! HE knows this whole Globe!  HE knows the reactions!  HE knows the down sittings.  HE knows all the characters that we see in the World.  And God knows them by name.  HE knows how many hair they have upon their head. It says, if HE takes care of the birds and the flowers "...how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?"  [See Luke 12:27-28]

"But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." [Matthew 6:33]  "Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them."  [Psalms 119:165] "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is *STAYED* on thee: because he trusteth in thee." [Isaiah 26:3]

Think about it!  HE will keep you in "perfect peace."  And that is the true test I've tried to live with, keeping my mind totally upon the Lord! And I can tell when I get out of kilter.  I cannot do it then.  And that period of time is hard for me!  And I had to kick back and really "pray through," because I had lost ground!  I was a failure!  I had lost ground! I didn't have that keenness.

He wants each one of us to be *BLESSED* by HIM!  "Blessed is the man that walketh *NOT* in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful..."  "Blessed is the man that walks *NOT* in the counsel of the ungodly..."  [Psalms 1:1]   **We should NOT get our *TOP* counsel from men, unless you are a new believer! Your top counsel must always be from God the Father!  HE never fails!! HE has never failed me!  HIS eye is over the righteous!  And HIS ears are toward their cries!  HE **KNOWS** the faults.  "Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.  Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up..."  HIS HOLY NAME!   [See Psalm 63:3-4]

I might get happy up here!  [Brother Freedom is under such a strong anointing that he is speaking very fast and with great joy.]  Hallelujah! HE is REAL!  HE is faithful!  HE is long suffering!  HE is joyful! HE is the strength that you need!  Hallelujah!!  "...we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." [Romans 8:37]  Glory to God!! "...greater is HE that is in you, than he that is in the world." [1 John 4:4b]  "Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." [John 14:27b]   "For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,  Teaching us that, denying ungodliness..."  What did I say??? "...teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;  Looking for that blessed hope,..."  Oh Jesus, the blessed hope!!  Glory to God, "...and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave Himself for us, that HE might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works." [Titus 2:11-14]  "And HE is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world."  [1st John 2:2]

Oh Hallelujah!  "...be strong in the Lord, and in the power of HIS might..."  [Ephesians 6:10a]  "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."  [Proverbs 14:12]

And sad to say, I believe that many, many people live this life.  And I see at the later part of their life they are so hardened, so calloused. Every day of our life we should be *CLOSER* to Jesus!

"Lord, I need YOU every hour.  I need YOU precious Father!  I need YOU Holy Ghost!  I need that *GLORY*!  I want to see YOU this day!"

But you get it by serving HIM with JOY!  Obedience is better than sacrifice!  God told me today to make this sort of lighter.  This message is not as sobering as it was last week.  God has a way of changing things! Is everybody okay??  [The congregation answers in the affirmative.]

The Bible says, "Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.  For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb...."  Remember this! But, "Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.  Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.  Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass." [Psalms 37:1-5] **This is God!  God wants to bless you!

"Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.  Serve the LORD with gladness: come before HIS presence with singing.  Know ye that the LORD HE is God: it is HE that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are HIS people, and the sheep of HIS pasture.  Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise:..."  [Psalm 100:1-4a] **I get excited when HIS Word comes!  It is *THE* *GLORY*, THE GLORY! That is all Scripture!  And I can't say it until I get the Spirit on me!  Hallelujah!  And then it just keeps coming and coming!!  Glory! [The congregation is deeply moved.  There are shouts of victory!]

[For those of you reading this sermon it is important for you to know that these Scriptures are coming like machine gun fire.  Brother Freedom usually does not give the reference.  I, your typist, put the reference in for you.  But Freedom is like a walking Bible and the Holy Ghost picks and chooses Scripture from that which has been hidden in Freedom's heart from years of eating the Word.  And in a service these rapid fire Scriptures literally tear darkness to shreds and grind wrong things to powder, and the presence of God soars!  The people of God are built up and repaired by the Word of God.  Remember God's Word is the greatest and most powerful seed in the Universe! --clint]

You know I will be 72 pretty soon.  [Brother Freedom's feet are moving fast.  When the Spirit comes upon him we are amazed at what happens for a man in his seventh decade of life!]  Glory to God!!

[A Word from the Holy Spirit comes forth near the end of the sermon.]

For I the Lord thy God am here this day, saith the Spirit of God. I have seen thy heartaches.  I have seen thy short comings.  I have seen thy failures.  And I have seen the times when thou has been blest. I have seen the times when thou has been full.  But I say I see MY people in this last hour, very lean in the Spirit.

MY people are literally starving of MY Spirit, saith the Spirit of God. I wish to put back, upon the spirit of MY people that they might *GROW,* that they might have a vitality that is able to cope with the problems, the situations, the heartaches.  The things that they call defeats now will be called *VICTORIES*, if they will allow ME, the Lord thy God, to BLESS them, to strengthen them, to give them a new strength, a new WAY, that they might be over joyed with MY joy, that they might see substance where there is no substance.

I say the faith of MY people is at ZERO right now, saith the Spirit of God.  I say many of MY people HAVE no faith.  But I wish to bring faith to MY people.  I wish to bring MY love to MY people.  I wish to bring MY *BLESSINGS* to MY people.  I wish to bring them back into holiness, without which no man shall see or please the Lord thy God.

I say so many of MY people are living *BELOW* the area, the depths that I have called them to live in!  MY people are DOWN in the gully. They are down in the filth of this World.  And I want MY people to be HIGHER than the filth of this World.  I want MY people to be raised up by MY Spirit, and be overtaken by MY glory, that they would ask ME for forgiveness in their hearts and lives, and I might reinstate them, that I might give forgiveness to their lives, that they might walk, talk and live in holiness.  That they would no longer be defeated, that they would live in victory.  Because I say there is problems in this World that thou livest in.

I say there is problems that thou shall face, and I say the World shall face.  But if thou shall live in MY glory, and I say he that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  It says, I will say of the Lord HE is my refuge, my fortress. [See Psalm 91]

If THOSE will come under and abide in MY presence, I the Lord thy God, it is MY desire, it will be MY love toward them, that I would *BLESS* them, and I should strengthen them, and I shall give them a *BLESSING* that the enemy cannot remove from them, or take from them, or even steal from them.  For I will give them *POWER* to overcome the evil one. And I shall give them *GRACE* that they might minister pardon to those who are transgressed around about them.

They shall receive *VICTORY*!  And they shall receive MY instruction. And they shall receive MY ministry, enlarged within them.  And they shall call upon ME.  And they shall desire ME, for I AM NOT here to hurt MY people.  But I AM here to HELP MY people.  I AM here to strengthen MY people.  And I see MY people very *WEAK* these hours, saith the Spirit of God.

I want to *TOUCH* MY people.  I say this is a new thing, saith the Spirit of God!  Not many, many, many are looking for what you have here this day! I say **MANY** do NOT want this!  But I say it will SAVE them!  It will cause them to miss out on the things of the lower nature.  And it will bring you out into Heavenly places where I have a home for thee this day. If thou shalt *COME* to ME, and cast all your cares upon ME, I have a place for thee!  I have a home for thee, that has been built for thee this very second!  And I say it is beyond splendor!  It is **GLORIOUS**! It is beautiful!  It is beyond imagination, saith the Spirit of God.

But the tempter comes to destroy.  He wants to take away MY people. He wants to take away MY power.  And I say, when he destroys the power of the Holy Ghost, he destroys the power that can save MY people!! And he knows this!

MY people need to rejoice this day!  Be strong in ME, and not allow, no longer, the enemy to take them over.  Because I AM greater, and I shall dwell with MY people.  And I shall give them a *BLESSING*! And I shall KEEP them through the hour of temptation.  And I shall give them a WITNESS of MY strength upon them.  And they shall be Mine. And I shall be with them.  And I shall speak to their hearts.  And I shall GUIDE them in a true path.  And I shall *SAVE* them in the time of heat. And I shall minister MY *LOVE* to them.  And I shall give them *JOY* beyond joy!  And I shall give them *PEACE* above peace.

I say the World is NOT going to see peace very long, saith the Spirit of God!  Only MY ones, MY saints are going to enjoy MY peace, MY glory.

But I want to *TOUCH* MY people afresh!  I want to move upon them with MY *PRESENCE*!  I want to *KEEP* them in the hallow of MY mighty hand!  For I AM *DESIROUS*!  And I *LOVE* MY people!  I AM here to STRENGTHEN thee. **I** **AM** **HERE**, saith the Spirit of God!  Cannot you realize that? I AM here to help thee, to modify that which has been taken from you. That I would rebuild that, and remake that, that has been taken from you, to give you *BETTER* than thou had before!

I AM able to give thee strength where thou has been weak.  I AM able to give the a desire to love ME, to serve ME, to walk, that I can use you in a mighty way.

*COME* MY people!  For I *LOVETH* thee!  For I have NOT given thee the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.  For I AM here loving thee MY ones.  I haven't scolded thee this day, saith the Spirit of God. I AM here to *STRENGTHEN* thee.  Be not afraid of the Lord thy God.

But I say, those that come against ME, in that time, yes they will need to be afraid.  They will need to be afraid when they stand before ME in that Day.  I will be not able to say "good and faithful servant." For those that come against ME, I will have to say to them, "Depart from ME, ye workers of iniquity!  I know ye not!"

And I say, MY people this day, you need to PRAY for those round about you! This message needs to get to those that need a new touch, a new power, a new BLESSING, a new STRENGTH, a new determination!  And I shall *ENRICH* thee.  And I shall KEEP thee.  And I shall give thee MY love forevermore.

For I *WISH* that thou would BLESS and be BLESSED, even as thou are blessed in this Land.  And thy soul would be blessed also.

I say the soul of MY people is so anemic.  The soul of MY people is so far from ME!  They have been blessed in their homes.  They have been blessed in so many places.  But yet they have forgotten that their spirit needs that special touch.  Their spirit is NOT made to operate in sin. Their spirit is not able to cope with sin.  Their spirit works well with MY presence, saith the Spirit of God.

And I shall adapt those ones that will come, casting all their cares upon ME.  And I shall *BLESS* them.  And I shall modify that which has been lost!  And I shall grant them MY peace.  And I shall give them MY glory.  And I shall give them an inheritance that fades NOT away, reserved in Heaven for them!
